Millennium Physician Group seeks a Risk Adjustment Educator to deliver education to providers and staff, translating data into actionable insights. The role analyzes coding patterns, conducts post-education audits, and guides best practices to improve documentation and HCC opportunities.

Hybrid role with remote work and travel to regional physician offices; requires CRC or similar certification and strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in training program design and development.
• 2+ years in risk adjustment and ICD-10 coding in Medicare Risk Adjustment environment.
• CRC or similar certification.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Proficient PowerPoint for impactful visuals.
• In-depth ICD-10-CM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable intelligence to prioritize education.
• Analyze provider coding patterns and conduct follow-up audits.
• Provide guidance on best practice risk adjustment strategies.
• Monitor education effectiveness and track improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation guidelines and HIPAA rules.
• Collaborate with clinical and clerical teams and communicate findings.
