Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in drafting technology or related field with 2 years of related experience.
• Or an Associate Degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Or 4 years of progressive detailing and design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD is generally required.

Responsabilidades

• Model detailed Revit structural models and construction drawing sets (plans, sections, details).
• Interpret sketches, markups, and design calculations to create accurate drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve BIM model conflicts.
• Apply BIM standards to all deliverables.
• Assist with organizing project documents and transmittals.
