Havertys Furniture, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with an experienced Havertys Manager and groom for promotion to Branch Manager.

You will deliver world-class service, coach team members, and drive store performance while upholding Havertys standards. Responsibilities include selling, training, merchandising, controlling inventory, and overseeing daily operations.

Qualifications

• College education preferred; High School / GED or equivalent required; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Love for sales and creating happiness with customers and building lasting relationships
• Furniture and interior design experience is a major plus
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
