Job summary

Havertys Furniture, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the Kennesaw, GA area to partner with an experienced Havertys Manager and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager.

You’ll deliver world-class service, coach teams, merchandise effectively, manage inventory, and oversee store operations while maintaining Havertys’ standards of design and customer experience. The role offers base pay with bonus potential and opportunities to relocate within Havertys stores across the market.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, High School / GED or equivalent required; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A love for sales, creating happiness with customers and building lasting relationships
• Furniture and interior design experience are a major plus
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
• Enjoyment of details and operational excellence
• Integrity, honesty, and leadership
• Requires working 5 days a week with retail hours including nights and weekends
