You will deliver world-class service, coach teams, manage inventory, and oversee store operations while advancing your career with Havertys. The role offers compelling compensation including a $60,000 base plus performance bonuses, a 5-day work week, and evening/weekend retail hours.

Qualifications

• College education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Love for sales and creating happiness with customers.
• Furniture and interior design experience is a major plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead team to deliver world-class service.
