Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program, or HS diploma/GED with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership, ethics, motivation, and strong business acumen.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks for eligible roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and front-end team, assign daily activities, and manage scheduling.
• Coach and develop team; implement plans to improve customer experience and store performance.
• Analyze financial and performance data; drive actions to meet business deliverables.
