Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations leader to supervise front-end and pharmacy teams, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The role supports the Store Manager, analyzes performance data, and drives improvements while maintaining policy compliance.

The candidate should have a degree or equivalent supervisory experience, leadership training, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams across store operations, with flexibility for extended hours and possible relocation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; or two years of supervisory experience with a high school diploma.
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for eligible internal candidates.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations; manage store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Coach staff, monitor customer experience metrics, and implement improvements for loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with external partners, manage store inventory and cash handling, and oversee safety and regulatory compliance.
