Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training program LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store front end and pharmacy operations; drives customer experience and profitability.
• Supervises daily activities, schedules, and time records; delegates tasks to the team.
• Coaches and develops team, monitors store performance, and implements improvements.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.
