Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end of the store and contribute to overall operations of Pharmacy and Retail Store.
• Support Store Manager; cover alternate schedules and responsibilities in their absence.
• Drive store profitability through merchandising, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
