Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.

• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens stores in the same area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters.
• Manages front end of the store and pharmacy operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and handles scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Ensures store assets protection, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Uses data to drive decisions and monitor impact.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
