• Monitors customer service and coaches teams to improve service metrics.
• Manages store operations, staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and store assets protection.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for team members.
• Supports Store Manager and District Manager with store strategy and data-driven decisions.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and pharmacy and retail regulations.
• Collaborates with external partners to drive community outreach and partnerships.
• Provides training and development to team members and ensures a safe work environment.
