Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or Walgreens internship program or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong communication, ethics and business acumen.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or readiness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team; recruit, coach, discipline and develop staff.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and performance management.
• Analyze financial and operational data to drive store performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and District Manager on strategy and execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
