Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Ensure store profitability through effective merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Monitor and coach customer service to improve customer experience and loyalty.
• Manage store financials, including cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory control.
