Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to achieve store deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and scheduling logistics.
• Leads recruitment, performance management and discipline for direct reports.
• Improves customer experience by coaching front-end and pharmacy staff.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains store assets, merchandising, and inventory control.
