Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program completion, or HS diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership, ethics, motivation and strong communication skills.
Completion of Walgreens LEAP or willingness to complete Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and store operations to meet company deliverables.
Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
Develops plans to improve customer experience and store profitability.
Manages front end and pharmacy inventory and pricing changes.
Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
