Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager with strong leadership and strong experience in front-end and pharmacy operations. You will supervise a diverse team, manage scheduling, coaching, and performance management, and ensure adherence to company policies and profit goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive customer service excellence, implement merchandising programs, and coordinate with pharmacy operations to maintain compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or completion of Walgreens internship program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Completion of Store Manager LEAP training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team; recruit, hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations; ensure customer service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, time records, and coverage to support store operations.
• Monitor inventory and merchandising; analyze data and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager; support store growth and compliance.
