Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and supports Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Monitors and improves customer service metrics; coaches team members and resolves customer issues.
• Oversees scheduling, shifts, time records, and coverage to ensure proper staffing.
• Manages cash handling, inventory control, and price changes; ensures store compliance and safety.
