Job summary

Sierra College is seeking a Supervisor of Rising Scholars to oversee, support, and coordinate services for juvenile justice‑impacted students. The role involves partnership development, program management, and data reporting to promote equity, access, and success across Rocklin and surrounding areas.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or higher and at least three years in relevant social services or education, with a focus on trauma‑informed, equity‑minded practices and collaboration

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a social service environment, a community service organization, a community college or educational institution, or related position.
• An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides critical resources and proactive support for juvenile justice‑impacted students.
• Work with faculty and staff to develop clearly structured course cohorts and educational pathways.
• Onboard Rising Scholars students, including admissions/financial aid applications and enrollment processes.
