Qualifications

• Two years of college with course work in business, education, counseling, or a related field.
• Two years of increasingly responsible experience supporting counseling, enrollment, and other student or employment services.

Responsibilities

• Assists with development and implementation of career and internship services for students; fosters employer interest and participation.
• Coordinates internship opportunities; publicizes career development and internships to local businesses and students; maintains records.
• Facilitates partnerships with Federal Work Study and International Student programs; provides support and documentation as needed.
• Provides training to students and staff on career research programs; creates and maintains career information displays.
• Audits and maintains an online job bank; responds to employer inquiries and assists with job bank usage; reviews employer registrations.
• Assists with planning and delivering resume writing and interview workshops; conducts presentations and individual consultations.
