Qualifications

• Supports submittals, shop drawings, RFIs and change orders.
• Tracks budgets and forecasts with accuracy.
• Coordinates with clients and field teams.
• Reads contracts and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and coordinate shop drawings.
• Draft RFIs to resolve design issues.
• Track costs and update project forecasts.
• Coordinate with field superintendents and clients.
• Support project meetings with timely updates.
• Monitor progress during site visits and document status.
• Assist in close-out and warranty documentation.
