Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team at the West Plant in Cedarburg, WI. This role focuses on supporting the Tooling Division with project activities and smaller component builds, providing hands-on exposure to mold building and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of tool making processes. Generous perks include weekly pay, health coverage, and a state-of-the-art recreational center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plastic injection mold building, toolmaking, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of tool making processes, including design review, machining, EDM, assembly, and sampling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., M2M, NCR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans for mold builds and component projects.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of design changes on cost and timing.
• Communicate project progress and delivery expectations to customers and stakeholders.
