You will oversee tooling projects from design through production, manage tooling suppliers, and drive mold performance improvements and production efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in injection molding, plus experience in senior tooling roles and mold lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Strong background in injection molding and tooling.
• Experience in Tooling Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience managing molds from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's corporate tooling strategy and standards.
• Manage new mold builds, tooling modifications, repairs, and maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams.
• Drive improvements in mold performance, tooling life, uptime, and production efficiency.
• Support new product introductions, tooling qualification, and project launches.
