Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is hiring a Junior Project Manager for their West Plant in Cedarburg, WI. The ideal candidate will support the Tooling Division in project activities and manage smaller component builds, gaining hands-on experience in project execution.

The starting pay ranges from $32 to $36 per hour, based on experience. Additional benefits include full health care coverage, a relocation assistance program, and a variety of company-sponsored events. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of mold building experience and proficiency in CAD and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plastic injection mold building or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of tool making processes.
• Proficient in using CAD viewers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating project plans for mold builds.
• Support scheduling and monitor daily project activities.
• Communicate project progress to customers and stakeholders.
