Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker is required.
• Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds is required.
• The ability to train and mentor others is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead plastic injection mold builds from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project leader(s) and direct our team of Tool Makers.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on training to apprentices and team members.
