Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead hands-on involvement in industrial and infrastructure projects. This role offers a fast-track path into Project Management, exposure to high-profile projects, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Competenze

• 1–5 years of experience in project coordination or related industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, or project financials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work both in an office and at project sites.

Mansioni

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with project estimating, bid reviews, and pre-construction planning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong customer communication.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and project documentation.
• Track project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
