• Evaluates performance and coaches employees.
• Ensures compliance with UFP policies, procedures and applicable law.
• Communicates with employees and management as required.
• Manages department cost and profitability and department inventory.
• Leads continuous improvement and safety initiatives and participates in safety committees.
• Prepares reports and maintains records.
• Performs other duties as required.
