Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training at our Amarillo, TX club to learn and execute the full scope of the Director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients.

You will lead trainer development, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience while building the leadership, business, and operational capabilities required to advance to a full Personal Training Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Personal Trainers and support recruitment at the location.
• Service personal training sessions and maintain active client base.
• Help achieve department revenue, enrollment, and kickoff targets.
• Ensure client documentation, progress reviews, and consistent coaching aligned with standards.
• Maintain compliance, certifications, and proper records in company systems.
