Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Associate for Partner Direct in the US, with a focus on supporting media planning and execution across campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in media strategy, partner collaboration, and campaign management, reporting to the Partner Direct Supervisor, and taking ownership of small to mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of media planning, buying, or related industry experience.
• Experience with MS Excel (ability to perform complex functions preferred).
• Familiarity with media trafficking and billing processes within an agency, media, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in media planning preparation, including consideration set development and RFP issuance/management
• Support day-to-day trafficking activities and help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
• Track adherence to brand safety, verification, and campaign-quality standards
• Manage creative spec coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to media placement taxonomy configuration
• Assist in partner-level forecasting and investment tracking
• Begin developing relationships with key media partners and vendors; resolve questions and escalate challenges when appropriate
• Provide guidance and day‑to‑day support to Associates while maintaining regular communication with Supervisors and team leadership
