Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building).
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 simultaneously) for high-value homes.
• 4+ year proven track record of operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and customer/owner communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from pre-con to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Contractor/vendor negotiations and job-site development/production.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
