Job summary

TradeLink Solutions Company in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager – Superintendent for new custom-home construction. You will oversee site operations from pre-con through finish, coordinating with clients and trades to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential construction, a track record of leading multiple projects (8–10 at once), and strong communication skills with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building).
• Managing 8-10 projects concurrently with high-value homes (up to $525–825k; avg.).
• 4+ years of proven operations and project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent customer/owner communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from pre-con to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Negotiate with contractors/vendors and handle job-site development and production.
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs.
