Job summary

ArtHaus Partners in Oakland, CA is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join an established development team across Bay Area and Northern California. This role supports the Director of Construction and collaborates with senior staff on ground-up and renovation projects within a fully integrated real estate platform.

You will help set up projects, track budgets and schedules, coordinate with consultants and engineers, and manage contracts and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience with GC, subcontractors, or owners representative.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Preconstruction and Construction phases to keep the project on budget and on schedule.
• Assist in managing construction budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with acquisition and development teams on estimates and buyout processes.
• Source and manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers for the Company.
• Support in reporting progress, budgets, and monthly close processes.
