This role supports the Director of Construction and collaborates with senior staff on ground-up and renovation projects within a fully integrated real estate platform.
You will help set up projects, track budgets and schedules, coordinate with consultants and engineers, and manage contracts and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

The Assistant Construction Manager is an exciting opportunity to join an established development team to build multiple project-types across the Bay Area and Northern California. This role will support the Director of Construction, as well as work closely with the other Senior construction and development team members. As part of joining a fully integrated real estate development company, this role would be exposed to, and would be an integral part of, the full development and investment life cycle form the owner\'s perspective. This position would have the opportunity to work on both proven, as well as innovative new strategies in ground-up and renovation projects.
