Responsibilities

• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Conduct basic contract review.
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions for the corporate office and executive operations.
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow; implement changes.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, reporting, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Onboarding introductions to new hires, safety debrief, etc.
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget for the corporate office.
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues for the corporate office management staff.
• Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
• Organize and manage schedules for the executive team.
• Screen and prepare correspondence and presentations for the executive teams.
• Prepare travel arrangements for the executive team.
• Coordinate business engagements and morale events for the corporate staff
