IDEA Public Schools seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the RISE program in Texas. You will teach core subjects and adaptive PE to students with diverse needs, while providing families with resources and support for long-term planning.

The role emphasizes high achievement expectations, collaboration with families, and active involvement in data-driven instruction and IEP development throughout the school year.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution required.
• Valid Texas state certification in Special Education required; appropriate core content certification(s) required.

Responsabilidades

• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students.
• Develop IEPs for a caseload of students.
• Implement IEPs and track progress weekly.
• Communicate progress with families and staff.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins and after-school duties.
