You will design and implement RTL for RISC-V cores, develop microarchitecture specifications, optimize pipelines, caches, and memory subsystems, and collaborate across architecture, verification, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RTL design with SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL/Chisel.
• Experience with RISC-V cores and subsystems.
• Understanding of CPU architecture and microarchitecture.
• Experience in ASIC/SoC/CPU/accelerator design.
• Familiar with synthesis and RTL design flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RTL for RISC-V cores and subsystems.
• Develop and review CPU microarchitecture specifications.
• Work on pipelines, caches, execution units, memory subsystems, and related processor logic.
• Optimize designs for power, performance, and area (PPA).
• Support lint, simulation, synthesis, verification, and design signoff.
• Debug RTL and collaborate with architecture, verification, and software teams.
