Job summary

RadNet is seeking an RIS Software Quality Assurance & Workflow Analyst to join our team in Maryland. You will manage feature requests, analyze system developments, and collaborate with IT and Operations to test and deploy new features, fixes, and releases. You’ll document issues, train staff, and contribute to financial analytics improvements.

The role requires QA experience, SQL proficiency, and strong communication skills. A college degree is preferred, with Salesforce experience a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have SQL experience.
• Software quality assurance experience required.
• Preferred experience in Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet Operations and communicate updates.
• Stay informed about system developments and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, go-lives, and software releases.
• Keep Management and Operations informed about new features and training needs.
• Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and Developers to document issues and drive solutions.
• Develop tools and processes to improve financial analytics.
• Analyze insurance and patient responsibility at accuracy checks.
• Provide support for Software Quality Assurance.
• Document and articulate support/project requests for efficient handling.

You Will

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring regular communication of this agenda with RadNet Operations.
• Stay informed about current system developments, conducting analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing current practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, "go-lives," and software releases.
• Keep Management and Operations informed about new features and corresponding training requirements.
• Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise.
• Work closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, and Developers to document issues and mobilize effective solutions.
• Contribute to developing best practices for creating and analyzing financial data reports.
• Evaluating and calculating procedures associated with financial responsibility.
• Developing tools and software to improve our financial analytics.
• Conducting training sessions for RadNet Management on downline training and communication, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions as necessary.
• Optimizing workflows and crafting job aids to enhance operational efficiency.
• Effectively communicating information and providing appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to the personnel.
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization.
• Analyzing insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy.
• Providing support and coverage for Software Quality Assurance.
• Understanding and articulating support/project requests for efficient handling and resolution.
