Job summary

RadNet is seeking an RIS Optimization Analyst to join our analytics-driven team. You will develop feature requests, test new functionality, and collaborate with IT, Operations, and Developers to optimize RadNet applications and financial reporting.

You should have SQL experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ideally Salesforce exposure. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

When you join RadNet as an RIS Optimization Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring regular communication of this agenda with RadNet Operations.
• Stay informed about current system developments, conducting analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing current practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, "go-lives," and software releases.
• Keep Management and Operations informed about new features and corresponding training requirements.
• Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise.
• Work closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, and Developers to document issues and mobilize effective solutions.
• Contribute to developing best practices for creating and analyzing financial data reports.
• Evaluating and calculating procedures associated with financial responsibility.
• Developing tools and software to improve our financial analytics.
• Conducting training sessions for RadNet Management on downline training and communication, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions as necessary.
• Optimizing workflows and crafting job aids to enhance operational efficiency.
• Effectively communicating information and providing appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to the personnel.
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization.
• Analyzing insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy.
• Providing support and coverage for Software Quality Assurance.
• Understanding and articulating support/project requests for efficient handling and resolution.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
