Job summary

RadNet is seeking an RIS Optimization Analyst - Payer Portal to join our team. You will analyze financial data, develop optimization tools, and collaborate with IT, operations, and QA to implement improvements in payer portal workflows.

Responsibilities include testing new features, documenting issues, and delivering training to management and staff. A background in healthcare payers and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Database administration experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with healthcare payer portals.
• Preferred experience with Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
• Onboarding and provisioning payer portals experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring regular communication with RadNet Operations.
• Stay informed about system developments, analyzing opportunities to improve practices.
• Collaborate to test and implement new features, bug fixes, go-lives, and releases.
• Keep management informed about new features and training needs.
• Obtain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems and resolve issues promptly.
• Document issues with IT and Developers to mobilize effective solutions.
• Develop tools to improve financial analytics and reports.
• Conduct training sessions for RadNet Management on new hires and IT acquisitions.
• Optimize workflows and create job aids to boost efficiency.
• Regularly monitor RadNet applications and resolve issues to optimize performance.
• Analyze insurance and patient responsibility at accuracy checkpoints.
• Support Software Quality Assurance activities.

You Will:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring regular communication of this agenda with RadNet Operations.
• Stay informed about current system developments, conducting analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing current practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, \"go-lives\", and software releases.
• Keep Management and Operations informed about new features and corresponding training requirements.
• Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise.
• Work closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, and Developers to document issues and mobilize effective solutions.
• Contribute to developing best practices for creating and analyzing financial data reports.
• Evaluating and calculating procedures associated with financial responsibility.
• Developing tools and software to improve our financial analytics.
• Conducting training sessions for RadNet Management on downline training and communication, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions as necessary.
• Optimizing workflows and crafting job aids to enhance operational efficiency.
• Effectively communicating information and providing appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to the personnel.
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization.
• Analyzing insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy.
• Providing support and coverage for Software Quality Assurance.
• Understanding and articulating support/project requests for efficient handling and resolution.
