Syneos Health is seeking a Regulatory Consultant/Sr. Consultant (RIM/Veeva) in the US to bridge Regulatory Operations with IT and Tool Management.

You will gather requirements, validate processes, and support end-to-end system workflows in a fast-paced biopharma setting. The role requires a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and EST timezone availability to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations or related field.
• Experience in system requirement gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Reg Ops, IT, Process Development).
• Availability in EST timezone for collaboration purposes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Regulatory Operations and IT/Tool Management teams.
• Focus on technology enablement and process optimization in RIM.
• Gather and document requirements from key users (business partners, RIM superusers, technical leads).
• Ensure requirements are maintained and updated to meet business needs.
