Job summary

CACI International Inc in Chantilly, VA seeks a Records and Information Management (RIM) Support professional to help ensure federal compliance and digital records lifecycle efficiency. You will support various RIM program functions under a USG customer, with up to 10% travel and a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance requirement.

You will act as the main RIM contact, drive digitization, develop best practices, and advise on RIM program compliance across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with NARA Records Management practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with USG customers and handling PII.

Responsibilities

• Function as the main point of contact for RIM support for assigned organizations within the customer agency.
• Ensure all customer records are created, maintained, and dispositioned digitally.
• Identify, draft, and implement best practices, policies, and requirements.
• Review, correct, and track customer file plan accuracy.
• Manage the customer agency’s list of trained records custodians.
• Advise customers on all aspects of the RIM Program.
