The Consortium in Washington, DC seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support the Records & Information Management program by driving operational efficiency, improving retention/classification, and ensuring compliance across the organization. Reporting directly to the RIM Program Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize records processes.
The candidate should have 3+ years in records management, strong data analytics, and deep knowledge of regulatory standards.
Person will need to come into the DC office. Monday and Friday are Work From Home and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in office. Standard work hours 8-5.
