Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information management or related field.
• 1+ year experience with Federal executive level agencies, DoD, or DON records functions.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently in support of evaluations (on-site and telework with travel).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present findings to senior officials.

Responsibilities

• Support the RIM Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process.
• Coordinate with DRMD leadership and commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews and provide findings.
• Validate and analyze RIM practices and documentation; prepare pre-evaluation assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting findings, scores, and recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of DON/DoD/NARA guidelines applicable to RIM evaluations.
• Edit and revise evaluation procedures and documentation for continuous improvement.
