Job summary

CDPHP offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship program from June to August for undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops focused on business concepts. Roles span non-technical and technical tracks such as IT, Records Management, Analytics, and more.

Housing is not provided. Interns gain hands-on experience, support governance initiatives, and present outcomes at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in information governance, records management, data lifecycle management, and AI governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operationalization of retention policies across SharePoint sites.
• Support content ingestion in Information Enterprise Repository (IER).
• Help with file migration, training materials, and documentation of procedures.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
