Job summary

Central Hudson is seeking a Records & Information Management Analyst to support the RIM team. The role emphasizes learning regulatory requirements, educating users, and applying records controls across information assets.

You will work with multiple software tools to ensure policy compliance and timely delivery of tasks. The position offers opportunities in a structured RIM program, with emphasis on collaboration across business units and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and strong analytical abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing training materials and train employees on RIM policies.
• Manage folder hierarchies and retention classifications with content owners.
• Use reporting tools to analyze policy compliance across content platforms.
• Coordinate disposition processing to lower risk and enforce RIM policies.
• Support storm restoration efforts and RIM initiatives to improve system performance.
