• Investigate, negotiate, acquire, defend, and ensure legal recording and enforcement of property rights for infrastructure.
• Document all communications with landowners including meetings, email, and phone.
• Engage landowners to mitigate encroachments on rights of way.
• Prepare permits for state, highway, railroad, and local authorities for land use.
• Coordinate and process payments to landowners and manage document filing.
• Review and interpret property rights documents and perform courthouse searches.
