Qualifikationen

• Formal education to include courses such as math, accounting, lease records, real estate principles and practices, division orders, or right-of-way.
• Experience with land records databases and imaging systems; proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex lease and license agreements, contracts, records, underground gas storage agreements, and related legal documents.
• Interpret legal documents to ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations; ensure insurance requirements.
• Review, process, and pay monthly obligations for industrial leases and underground gas storage agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required.
• Maintain databases and imaging systems and provide support for rights-of-way, easements, leases, and related documents.
• Provide information and guidance to landowners, producers, and stakeholders.
• Compile and analyze ad hoc reports for management and attorneys.
• Provide training and guidance on database and imaging systems.
