Job summary

PTS Advance in Fargo, ND seeks an experienced Title Agent to support land acquisitions, negotiations, and Right of Way activities for complex projects.

You will analyze deeds, easements, leases, and title reports; manage database records; prepare reports and permits; and coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.

The role requires real estate knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, OR applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of Right of Way acquisition, relocation, eminent domain, project management, or real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand title reports, appraisal reports, and land surveys.
• Knowledge of real estate law and title work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with database management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate land acquisitions, negotiations, and Right of Way activities.
• Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret deeds, easements, leases, permits, licenses, and other land-related agreements.
• Research and collect property and project documentation.
• Enter and maintain Right of Way information in stakeholder management databases.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of database information.
• Prepare permit applications, acquisition reports, project status reports, and technical documentation.
• Review subcontractor contracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Assist with public involvement meetings and project presentations.
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
