Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Title Agent for a 12-month contract in Bismarck, ND. The successful candidate will analyze and interpret land-related agreements, conduct quality assurance reviews, and prepare project status and acquisition reports. Strong project management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain experience.
• Ability to read and understand title and appraisal reports and land surveys.
• Valid driver's license is required.

• Prepare and submit permit applications.
