The role focuses on negotiating terms for easements, permits, and land acquisitions on behalf of our clients, with emphasis on clear communication and client service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in land/right-of-way work, a valid real estate license or ability to obtain one within 90 days, and a willingness to travel up to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible land/right-of-way acquisition experience.
• Real estate license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate acquisition of right-of-way, easements, and other property interests.
• Identify land ownership and review titles for defects and curatives.
• Prepare and analyze land and right-of-way related agreements, deeds, easements, and licenses.
• Maintain records of contact attempts and parcel-related data.
