HDR is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Everett, WA to support right‑of‑way projects. You will handle title review, curative tasks, and prepare certification-ready documentation while coordinating with project teams and clients.

The role requires familiarity with property records, data entry, and MS Office, with strong organizational skills and an emphasis on accurate, timely deliverables. HDR offers a robust benefits package and a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent experience.
• Database and GIS familiarity.
• Power/utility right-of-way processes, document generation and support experience.
• Ability to interpret title, appraisal, environmental and survey documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects and coordinate tasks.
• Review titles, conduct title curative duties and prepare packages ready for certification.
• Coordinate closing, settlement, condemnation packages and document recordings.
• Input data, maintain parcel tracking and generate client reports.
• Collaborate daily with agents under the direction of a Project Manager.
